D1 After arriving in Dali today, we first visited the ancient city of Dali. Stroll through the streets of the ancient city and feel the atmosphere of life in the ancient city; then go to Chongsheng Temple Three Pagodas Park to get up close and personal with the only remaining monuments of the royal temple during the Dali Kingdom; then go to the Three Pagodas Reflection Park on the south side of the Three Pagodas, where you can The best time to take photos of the reflections of the Three Pagodas in the water pool is 16:00-17:00. D2 Today we will mainly charter a car to travel around Erhai Lake. We will start from the ancient city in the morning and start going clockwise around Erhai Lake. You can decide on your own chartered itinerary, or you can listen to the chartered driver’s advice. It is recommended to visit the scenic spots in order: Xizhou Town – Butterfly Spring – Shuanglang – Nanzhao Customs Island – Caise Town – Xiao Putuo. If time allows, remember to wait for the most beautiful sunset in Dali on the east coast of Erhai Lake.

D3 Today we will mainly visit Cangshan Mountain. It is recommended to take the big ropeway up the mountain. On the big ropeway, you can feel the unpredictable clouds and mist in the mountains. As the ropeway gradually rises, you can overlook the entire Erhai Lake. If it is May or June, you can see mountains full of rhododendrons at Ximatan, the end point of the big ropeway. Afterwards, you can go all the way north along Yudai Road and play while walking.

D4 After arriving in Lijiang today, we will first visit the ancient city of Lijiang, stroll through the alleys of the ancient city, and enjoy the lazy atmosphere of the ancient city. You can also find various Lijiang specialty snacks in the streets and alleys to fill your stomach. Then go to Lion Rock and climb to the commanding height of Lion Rock – Wangu Tower, overlooking the entire ancient city of Lijiang. If you are lucky enough, you can overlook the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to the north. After getting off Lion Rock, we went to Mufu and took a close look at the Naxi palace-style building in the ancient city, which resembles the Forbidden City. Return to the ancient city in the evening and experience the nightlife of the ancient city on Sifang Street. You can also go to a bar to have fun and maybe have a wonderful encounter.

D5 Today we will first go to Lashihai, 10 kilometers west of Lijiang City. Bird watching, boating, and riding horses to experience the Ancient Tea Horse Road are the main ways to visit here. There are different routes to choose from for horseback riding. You can choose to go to the Tea Horse Trail in the mountains and canyons, or go around the lake deep in the wetland on the opposite side of the lake. After horseback riding, you can invite a boatman to start a boating bird watching trip. After returning to Lijiang Old Town to have a rest, go to Shuhe Ancient Town in the northwest of Lijiang Old Town to experience different ancient town styles.

D6 Today we will mainly visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. First, we will take the big ropeway to Glacier Park to experience the essence of mountain glaciers in middle and low latitudes around the world. After going down the mountain, it is recommended to have lunch first. If you have time after lunch, you can watch the 13:30 “Impression of Lijiang” at the Blue Moon Valley Theater. Or go directly to Maoniuping to view the Thirteen Peaks of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain; then go to Yunshanping to explore the huge lawn hidden in the original spruce forest. Remember to take the cableway to the middle of the snow mountain to take the best panoramic view of the snow mountain. Location. Finally, return to the Blue Moon Valley at the foot of the mountain to see the almost solid blue in the valley.

D7 Today, it takes about half a day to go from Lijiang to Lugu Lake. It is already afternoon when we arrive at Lugu Lake. It is recommended to take the tourist bus. On the way, you will pass the scenic spots of “A Thousand Miles Alone Cycling” – Lining Shiba Bend Observation Deck and Lugu Lake Observation Deck next to Ninglu Highway. Whether you take a bus or charter a car, you will stop at these two places. Stop for a moment. The tourist bus will first arrive at Dashui Pier. After arriving, the bus will stop here for a while to wait for passengers. From here you can choose to take a pig trough boat to Rock Island or Liwubi Island. It is recommended to go to Rock Island, which is less visited and located in the center of the lake. After the island tour, you can continue to take the tourist bus to Rige Island, where you can take a rest while strolling around.

D8 It is recommended to charter a car around the lake today. You can get up early in the morning to enjoy the sunrise on Lugu Lake at Lige Island. Starting around the lake, go to Nisai Village to look for the famous Lover’s Tree and Puppy Love Tree; go to Xiaoluoshui, one of the oldest Mosuo villages, to experience the original Mosuo customs; go to Lover’s Beach to feel the ten-mile sandy beach and willow trees; Experience the glory and hardships of the life of the “Queen of Mosuo” at the palace of the last chieftain princess; go to Caohai to see the reeds in the water, and carry your beloved girl on her back on the walking wedding bridge from beginning to end; go to Goddess Bay to look at the Goddess Mountain in the distance, waiting for The most beautiful sunset on Lugu Lake.
